PROJECT OVERVIEW

Property transactions drag on for months. Buyers and legal teams drown in paperwork. I mapped and designed a massive conveyancing platform to digitize the entire real estate lifecycle. The final product guides users through onboarding, document processing, and final contract execution without the usual legal friction. Managing property compliance takes intense focus. Missing a single signature delays closing dates. I built a strict digital flow that handles everything from mortgage approvals to final funds transfer. The system works perfectly across large desktop monitors and smaller mobile screens.

Real estate software requires clear navigation. Complex compliance tasks confuse first-time buyers. I constructed a linear digital pathway to turn stressful legal requirements into simple clicks.

THE CHALLENGE

Legal property software feels ancient. Users get lost inside endless document folders. The existing manual process caused severe delays during the requisition phase. Landlords and buyers abandoned digital forms because the interfaces were too complex to read on mobile devices.
