Medical professionals need fast administrative tools. Slow clinical software cuts directly into patient care time. I redesigned the Pistil dashboard to centralize scheduling, client intake, and medical plan reviews. The new layout provides doctors with immediate access to critical session data without leaving the main workspace.

My focus was absolute workflow efficiency. I built a clean, card-based architecture that categorizes upcoming and past sessions. The interface allows practitioners to manage patient communication, update intervention objectives, and review homework assignments from a single, secure environment.

THE CHALLENGE

Doctors spent excessive time navigating between separate calendar and patient note applications. The previous intake process lacked a centralized view for emergency contacts and clinical impressions. Managing bulk slots and tracking session progress caused severe scheduling bottlenecks.
