For Neuro Glow, I created a calm and professional Ketamine Therapy App design to help users understand their treatment options, explore clinic information, read helpful resources and request consultations with confidence.

The design uses a premium, dark visual style with soft medical colours, clean typography and mobile-first layouts to make this sensitive healthcare topic seem more trustworthy, clear and approachable.

Problem

Ketamine therapy is a structured clinical treatment, but the patient experience around it is often fragmented. Patients receive intake forms, preparation instructions, appointment details, and aftercare notes through different channels, which makes it easy to miss important steps. Many feel anxious before their first session because they don't know what to expect, and after sessions they have no simple way to reflect on how they feel or share progress with their provider. Clinics, in turn, struggle to track patient wellbeing between visits. Generic healthcare apps don't address these needs and often feel cold or overwhelming for people already dealing with emotional challenges. The challenge was to design an app that feels safe, calming, and clear while supporting the full treatment journey.

Solution

I designed Neuro Glow around the patient's journey: getting started, preparing for sessions, and reflecting afterward. A guided onboarding flow walks patients through intake and screening forms step by step, with clear explanations of what each stage involves. The home screen shows the next session, preparation checklist, and messages from the care team at a glance. Easy scheduling lets patients book or reschedule sessions without phone calls. After each session, a simple mood and wellbeing check-in helps patients track how they feel over time, with progress shown through gentle, easy-to-read visuals that providers can review. Secure messaging keeps patients connected to their care team. The interface uses soft colors, calm typography, generous spacing, and supportive language to create a reassuring experience, with privacy and clarity built into every screen.
