Getgoing is a high-performance FinTech platform designed to simplify the car financing journey for first-time buyers and seasoned car enthusiasts alike. The project focuses on "Financial Velocity," creating a transparent and frictionless environment where users can calculate rates, check eligibility, and apply for loans in minutes. The design utilizes a trustworthy, modern aesthetic that balances technical reliability with the excitement of purchasing a new vehicle.

The website features an interactive real-time loan calculator, a dynamic "Car Matcher" based on budget profiles, and a streamlined multi-step application form designed to reduce drop-off rates. The visual direction uses a clean, expansive layout with high-quality automotive imagery to keep the user’s end goal in sight throughout the boring financial process.

THE CHALLENGE

The auto loan industry is often plagued by "fine print" anxiety and overly complex financial jargon that intimidates users. Most traditional banking websites feel cold and bureaucratic, leading to high bounce rates during the application phase. The challenge for Getgoing was to take a data-heavy process involving interest rates, credit scores, and amortization schedules and present it in a way that feels accessible, honest, and fast, without sacrificing the sense of security required for a major financial commitment.

THE SOLUTION

We adopted a User-Centric Transparency model, moving the loan calculator to the hero section to provide immediate value without requiring a login. To solve the application fatigue, we broke down the long form into a "Progressive Step" interface, using clear progress bars and reassuring micro-copy to guide the user.
