A flight booking website designed to make finding and booking flights fast, clear, and stress-free. The design simplifies search, presents results in easy-to-compare cards, shows full fare details upfront, and guides users through a short checkout. It's built mobile-first, so travelers can book confidently on any device.

Problem

Booking a flight online should take a few minutes, but most flight booking websites turn it into a stressful, drawn-out task. Users face cluttered search forms, confusing date and passenger selectors, and long result lists where it's hard to compare price, duration, stops, and baggage at a glance. Important details like fare rules, extra fees, and layover times are often hidden until late in the process, which breaks trust and leads to drop-offs right before payment. On mobile, small tap targets and multi-step forms make the experience even more frustrating. The challenge was to design a flight booking website that helps travelers find the right flight quickly and complete the booking with confidence.

Solution

I redesigned the booking journey around speed, clarity, and trust. The search panel was simplified into a clean, single-row layout with smart defaults for trip type, dates, and passengers, so users can start searching in seconds. Flight results are presented in scannable cards that show price, total duration, stops, airline, and baggage allowance upfront, with easy filters and sorting for cheapest, fastest, and best value. Fare breakdowns and policies are shown transparently before checkout, so there are no surprises. The checkout was streamlined into a short, guided flow with clear progress steps, auto-filled passenger details, and secure payment cues. Everything was designed mobile-first, with large touch targets and a sticky summary bar, so booking feels just as smooth on a phone as on desktop.
