The redesigned website emphasizes a clean and professional layout that reflects the premium real estate services of Raum & Zeit. Key sections include featured properties, property search with filters, service descriptions, step-by-step process guides, and client testimonials. I focused on creating a seamless experience across devices, making it easier for users to explore properties, understand services, and book consultations. The design balances high-quality visuals with intuitive navigation to ensure both informational clarity and aesthetic appeal.

THE CHALLENGE

The main challenge was presenting a complex range of real estate services and property listings in a way that was easy for users to navigate. The previous website had cluttered layouts, limited responsive support, and inconsistent typography and visual hierarchy, which made it difficult for users to quickly understand the full range of services or access property information. Additionally, there was a need to accommodate multilingual content while maintaining a consistent, clean design.

THE SOLUTION

To address these challenges, I restructured the website with a clear hierarchy, simplified navigation, and visually distinct sections for services, listings, and client information. Interactive elements such as a dynamic property search, filters, and step-by-step process illustrations were introduced to guide users through their journey. Consistent typography, spacing, and a cohesive color palette were applied across all pages. The design was fully responsive, ensuring that the experience on mobile and tablet matched the desktop experience, with optimized layouts for readability and accessibility. High-quality property images, icons, and illustrative graphics enhanced visual clarity while reinforcing the brand’s premium identity.
