Jobsupply is a comprehensive admin dashboard designed for large-scale job portals to manage the recruitment ecosystem efficiently. The project focuses on "Command and Control," providing administrators with a high-level overview of platform health while offering deep-dive capabilities into recruiter activity, candidate demographics, and revenue streams. The design utilizes a data-driven UI that balances density with clarity, ensuring that complex management tasks feel intuitive.

The dashboard features a "Smart Moderation" queue for job postings, real-time analytics for subscription growth, and an automated system for flagging fraudulent listings. By using a clean, systematic layout, the interface empowers admins to make informed decisions quickly, keeping the marketplace safe and active.

THE CHALLENGE

Admin dashboards for job portals often become a dumping ground for hundreds of different features, leading to "dashboard fatigue" and high error rates. Admins frequently struggle to find high-priority alerts amidst a sea of standard data, and the lack of visual hierarchy can make monitoring platform performance a chore. The challenge was to design a scalable system that could handle massive datasets—thousands of jobs and millions of users—without overwhelming the operator, all while maintaining a fast, responsive user experience.

THE SOLUTION

We implemented a Priority-Based layout that uses a "Critical Alerts" header to surface urgent tasks (like pending approvals or payment issues) the moment an admin logs in. To solve the data density issue, we utilized a "Progressive Disclosure" strategy—standard metrics are visible at a glance, while granular data is tucked into expandable drawers and modals to keep the main view clean.
